Refund policy
The DIY Wedding Scope is delivered instantly after payment, so there is no shipping and nothing to return. We still want you to be happy with it.
14-day guarantee
If the DIY Wedding Scope is not what you expected, email marta@mfavouritethings.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the email address you used at checkout, and we will refund the full amount. No forms, no questions beyond "what did you expect?", which helps us improve the product.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Your legal rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you agreed at checkout that access to the digital content starts immediately and that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins. Our 14-day guarantee above is offered on top of that and does not limit any right you have under the law of your country.

Terms of use
What you are buying
One payment gives you personal access to the DIY Wedding Scope: the interactive workspace in your browser, the scope workbook (Excel or Google Sheets file) and the decision playbook (PDF). There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Personal licence
The product is licensed to you and your partner for planning your own wedding. You may not resell, share publicly, redistribute, or use the materials to provide services to other couples. Wedding planners and businesses who would like to use the method with clients can write to us for a commercial licence.
Access
After payment you are redirected to an access page with the workspace link and the downloads. Keep that link. If you lose it, reply to your Stripe receipt email or write to us and we will send it again. We aim to keep the workspace online, but it is provided as is and may change or be retired; the workbook and the playbook are yours to keep as files.
Not professional advice
The DIY Wedding Scope is planning guidance, not legal, financial, supplier, food-safety or event-safety advice. Decisions about your wedding, your budget and your suppliers are yours, and you should follow your venue and supplier contracts.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may apply a conversion. Where required, sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location.

What we collect
- At checkout: your email address, payment details and billing country are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We see your email, the amount paid and your country. We never see your full card number.
- In the workspace: everything you type is saved only in your own browser, on your own device. It is not sent to us or to any server. Clearing your browser data deletes it.
- On this website: we may use Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar analytics tools to measure how visitors find the page and whether a purchase was completed. These tools use cookies. You can block them in your browser settings.
How we use it
To deliver your purchase, send your receipt and access link, answer your emails, and measure advertising. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Who else sees it
Stripe (payments and receipts), Netlify (website hosting) and Meta (advertising measurement), each under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to stop any marketing. Write to marta@mfavouritethings.com. If you are in the EU you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD).
